hey hey,

A HOLISTIC HEALTH COACH that HELPs BUSY WOMEN eat well with ease and lose weight for good. 

I know what it is like to feel burnt out & lost in self-care. 

Bedside nurse turned full-time mama & health coach, I am passionate about making self-care simple and sustainable for women. 

After five years of nursing, I traded in my scrubs for sports bras and leggings to follow my heart and make a bigger impact in this world. I've experienced severe anxiety, burn-out and had an unhealthy relationship with food and my body.  


Now I help you apply evidence-based science to your nutrition while making it flexible, unique to you, simple & delicious so you actually stick to it. 

I believe that health is an everyday practice and that there is no such thing as "one size fits all" approach. I stand for bio-individuality and uniqueness. I believe in wellness without obsession and using scientific, evidence-based research to better ourselves. And, I believe everything that you need is already inside of you.

I lovingly reshaped my relationship with my body and mind through movement, mindfulness & motherhood. I now  feel confident, energized and grounded in my life. I move my body joyfully, practice mindful wellness and nourish my body without restriction. I am here to teach you how to do the same.

Movement first
