Bedside nurse turned full-time mama & health coach, I am passionate about making self-care simple and sustainable for women.
After five years of nursing, I traded in my scrubs for sports bras and leggings to follow my heart and make a bigger impact in this world. I've experienced severe anxiety, burn-out and had an unhealthy relationship with food and my body.
After years of self-exploration, dozens of self-help books, yoga and barre teacher training and becoming a mother, I am committed to help women live their most aligned & limitless lives.
I believe that health is an everyday practice and that there is no such thing as "one size fits all" approach. I stand for bio-individuality and uniqueness. I believe in wellness without obsession and using scientific, evidence-based research to better ourselves. And, I believe everything that you need is already inside of you.

Oat Milk lattes
One thing I don't ever skip, my daily oat milk latte toast... I'm literally obsessed! Oh, and it has to be iced, even in the winter!
Getting out of my mind and into my body before I go on with my day is a MUST. Usually this looks like a morning walk with my kiddos, barre or yoga!
Fall in Vermont
My favorite season is fall! My soul comes alive during the autumn every year.
