As both a nurse and dancer, I have always had a passion for health & wellness. I have an extensive dance background, and started dance lessons at the age of three. I took my first barre class in 2015 and instantly fell in love with the practice. I was drawn to the combined elements of ballet, Pilates, yoga and musicality and quickly became enamored with this style of movement. I loved the energy it brought to my life and the positive changes to my mind, body and overall health. I completed my teacher training at the Barre Guild Academy in 2019 and bring my many years of professional dance training to my classes. You can read more about that here.
