I spend a tremendous amount of time on my playlists for barre class. Music is so important to me, and I believe it can make or break a class. I like my music loud, motivating and to ebb and flow with both the high intensity movements and the smooth, slow stretches. I choreograph specific movements and exercises to each song on my playlists.
