I often find myself craving something after dinner. Let’s be honest, it’s usually chocolate!
I wanted to share a healthy and simple quick snack that I find truly satisfying in the evenings. I think it has just the right amount of chocolate, sweetness and tang. I recently discovered that pomegranate seeds and greek yogurt taste so, so yummy together!
Cacao nibs not only taste delicious but also have health benefits. They contain fiber, magnesium, iron and antioxidants.
I store my cacao nibs in a mason jar in my pantry!
Plain greek yogurt
Your favorite granola!
Place all ingredients together in a bowl and voila! I find it fun to make layers in a clear glass dish. The layers are pretty – who doesn’t want both a pretty and tasty snack!
